Police called to rugby club after gathering

THERE was a large police presence at a rugby club in Swansea on Friday due to an incident which saw around 200 people gathering.

South Wales Police was called to the incident at Glais Rugby Club at 8.40pm and the road was closed while officers responded.
A post from the force on Friday evening said it was expected Birchgrove Road would remain closed for some time.
