HARRY Darling has confirmed he is leaving Swansea City.
The 25-year-old is coming to the end of his current deal with the club, and has confirmed his decision to move on this summer on a free transfer.
It comes despite Swansea recently making an improved offer to the defender, one that would have made him one of the club’s highest-paid players.
It is understood minority stakeholder Luka Modric even spoke to Darling in a bid to try to convince him to stay.
But after much deliberation, he has now made the decision to bring the curtain down on his three-year spell in South Wales, during which he made 112 appearance for the club, scoring 12 goals.
