Primary school children swapped their classroom for the corridors of power as they toured the House of Lords before taking in some of London’s most famous landmarks.

Year 6 pupils from St Mary’s Church of England Primary School and Nursery in Writhlington, Radstock, visited Westminster as part of their studies on British democracy, history and citizenship.
