IT WOULD BE IN ADDITION TO 85 THAT KEIGAR HOMES ALREADY HAVE PERMISSION FOR
FIFTEEN more homes are proposed for a development in Goxhill, near Barton-upon-Humber.
They would be sited on land adjacent to Hawthorne Gardens, accessed off land south of Howe Lane.
Keigar Homes already has planning permission for 85 homes on adjacent land.
There would be public open space also created in the new proposal, and Keigar Homes has proposed to create new community changing rooms, on adjacent land under public ownership.
The changing rooms would be transferred on completion to the parish council.
Read on below for more about the homes planned in Goxhill, a decision on a proposed chicken shop in Bottesford and a cattery proposed.
GOXHILL 15 HOMES
The homes in Goxhill would comprise six two-bed bungalows aimed at over 55s, two four-bed dormer bungalows, two three-bed and five other four-bed homes. All would be market housing.
