44-YEAR-OLD HAD 36 CONVICTIONS FOR 125 OFFENCES
A FORMER semi-professional footballer and youth team coach is back behind bars after his latest burglary and theft to fuel his drug addiction.
Luke Cadman, 44, of King’s Road, Immingham, disguised himself as a workman, putting on a hi-vis vest and hard hat to go into to a man’s workplace to steal his car keys.
Cadman had 36 convictions for 125 offences, mostly for stealing, to which the latest offences were added.
Judge Alexander Menary warned Cadman that he faced spending the rest of his life in prison, in instalments, unless he tackled his drug addiction.
He admitted burglary and theft of a motor vehicle on April 14 in Immingham.
Prosecuting at Grimsby Crown Court, James O’Connor told how the car owner went to work and parked outside the workplace on King’s Road.
