IT’S not just the polls giving Sir Keir Starmer a ruff time, it seems he is a pet peeve for dog and cat owners too.
Not a single pet was named after the Prime Minister this year, a study has found.
Meanwhile, the name Boris saw an 8% rise in popularity for dogs and cats in the past 12 months, which has been attributed to the enduring popularity of former prime minister Boris Johnson.
