These are the wild swings in emotions Danny Rohl is going to have to negotiate in the weeks ahead as the Rangers boss looks to get his side’s fluctuating form back on an even keel.

In conversation with Record Sport this week, Ibrox sources did their best to explain the rationale behind the Chermiti move, essentially that the 6ft 4in striker’s physical traits are exactly what top clubs down south are looking for ... and willing to pay top dollar for.
