Web the size of a house could be world's bigges

THIS will make your skin crawl...a web that covers the same square footage as the average family house has been discovered - and it is home to around 111,000 spiders.

The colossal web measures around 1,140sq ft and belongs to two species, the domestic house spider and the sheet weaver spider.

It was found in Sulfur Cave on the border between Albania and Greece and marks the first recorded case of colonial living for both species. They typically prefer a solitary life.
