Wallace sues the BBC over MasterChef files

Wallace reportedly wants hundreds of pages of confidential documents to be published because he believes they will help clear his name.

The 60-year-old was ousted in July after a probe upheld multiple accusations against him, including one of "unwelcome physical contact".

Distress

Wallace said he was "deeply sorry for any distress caused" and "never set out to harm or humiliate".

Court documents show a legal "data protection" claim against the BBC and BBC Studios has been filed.
