Vitamin D levels lifted by exercise

EXERCISE is the key to maintaining vitamin D levels in winter, a study has suggested.
Researchers found that overweight and obese adults taking part in four moderate-intensity workouts per week over 10 weeks experienced markedly smaller drops.
Weight was kept stable to prove the effect was due to exercise.
