AN NHS trust has been cleared of corporate manslaughter after a young woman killed herself in a mental health unit following more than 10 similar attempts at self-harm.
But Old Bailey jurors found North East London NHS Trust had “failed to ensure the safety of a non-employee” over Alice Figueiredo, 22.
