SUSAN Calman has enjoyed loads of adventures since she started making TV travel shows. But surely none as thrilling as the one she embarks on tonight, kicking off another series of SUSAN CALMAN'S GRAND DAY OUT (5, 8pm).
"We are actually, genuinely, totally and completely about to time travel!" she announces.
So, yes, who can blame her for sounding excited?
Except, of course, there's a snag. Namely, that she's actually, genuinely, totally and completely talking cobblers. Time travel is impossible. Sorry to be a killjoy but it simply can't be done. And I think it's very wrong to perpetuate such myths.
