THE family of a 27-yearold Albanian man who died on board the Bibby Stockholm have asked at his inquest how someone suffering mental health issues could have been housed on the barge.
Leonard Farruku, who arrived in the UK by boat from France, was found unresponsive in a shower cubicle on board the accommodation vessel at Portland Port, Dorset, in 2023.
