The Australian international right-back has returned to training and is working hard to get back up to speed following a fractured kneecap sustained in the Conference League qualifying victory over UNA Strassen in July.

Solid performances with the Tangerines will go a long way to ensuring 28-year-old Strain, left, is on the Socceroos' flight to the United States, Canada and Mexico next summer.
