Ryanair rejects 'worst' rating

BUDGET airline Ryanair has been ranked the worst in the UK for customer satisfaction.
The no-frills carrier was rated lowest of nearly 30 rivals, with a score of 55% in a survey by consumer group Which?.
It got just two stars out of five for its booking process, boarding, customer service and cabin environment, and one star for seat comfort.
One customer said: “The plane is dirty and the seats are awful.”
