THE world's tallest cinema, which is located in Scotland's biggest city, has been bought over.
World beater... Cineworld complex in Glasgow
Yesterday, it was announced that the Irish chain, Omniplex has announced it will move into the former Cineworld complex in Glasgow.
The site on Renfrew Street in the city centre is set to undergo “extensive” renovations over the coming months.
It is hoped that the venue will be able to reopen by next summer.
Renovations will include fully-reclining auditoriums with upgraded laser projection and sound.
