NHS Fife fights on in changing room gender row

THE employment tribunal of a nurse who complained about sharing a changing room with a trans doctor continues tomorrow despite the landmark Supreme Court ruling on gender.
Complaint
Sandie Peggie brought the case against NHS Fife after her complaint about using the space with Dr Beth Upton led to her being suspended.
The nurse, who has worked at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for 30 years, lodged a complaint of sexual harassment or harassment related to a protected belief under section 26 of the Equality Act 2010.
