Askous No.2 reveals how debate over ideas has Steelmen flying

MAX ROGERS insists it's a joy to be a central part of Jens Berthel Askou's Motherwell masterplan and be challenged daily to come up with ideas.

The Steelmen assistant - who was previously No.2 to Shaun Maloney at Wigan - see similarities between the Dane and the current Celtic coach.

And it comes down to the amount of say they give their sidekicks over game plans and tactics.

Askou has been lauded for the attractive brand of football which has seen Well rocket up to fourth in the table with just three defeats from 21 Premiership games.
