BOB MacINTYRE will not water down the fire which he believes can spark success at The Open this week.
The Scot is hoping to land his first Major when he tees up at Royal Portrush tomorrow.
MacIntyre admits he sometimes needs an hour after bad rounds to go “mental” and smash stuff up to release his fury.
But he will not stifle his anger on the course when he makes mistakes, as he believes that is what spurs him on.
The 28-year-old said: “I'm fiery on the golf course when I'm in tournament rounds.
"I'll drop a few bad words in there.
