Law is clear, so why are nurses still waiting?

THE UK Supreme Court ruled in April that the legal definition of a woman is based on biological sex and that women are legally mandated to have female-only spaces in public. In one swoop, it shut down activists’ belief that trans women must have access to such spaces.

It should have been the end of the matter. Unfortunately, some institutions have since been trying to challenge or bodge the law.
