Queen Camilla helps sick youngsters decorate Clarence House
FIR she's a jolly good fellow...The Queen gives seriously ill children a right royal treat with a party at Clarence House.
Camilla helped the youngsters decorate the tree as the royal residence was transformed into a magical festive grotto.
There was a surprise visit from Father Christmas and his reindeer - much to the delight of the children cared for by two charities of which the Queen is patron - Helen & Douglas House and Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity.
