FRANK: I NEED TIME TO TURN THINGS AROUND..

THOMAS FRANK believes there is "no quick fix" to the problems at Tottenham as he tries to contain the hurricane of emotions inside him after another woeful defeat yesterday.

Spurs gave all of their travelling fans scarves on their seats at the City Ground but they could only muster a single shot on target for them against Nottingham Forest during a mistake-riddled display. It didn't help that goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario made a couple of high-profile mistakes too.

Vicario's poor pass to Archie Gray saw Ibrahim Sangare pinch the ball on the edge of the box to tee up Callum Hudson-Odoi after 28 minutes.

Then Hudson-Odoi's cross flew in over Vicario for Forest's second early in the second half before Sangare hit a stunning third to wrap up victory.
