FINDING leaders in the Bayern Munich dressing room wasn’t a difficult task for Danny Rohl.

During his time at the Allianz Arena as assistant coach, he was spoilt for choice when it came to the big personalities.

Manuel Neuer, Joshua Kimmich, Thomas Muller, David Alaba and Robert Lewandowski - the star names were rolling off the German's tongue as he sat in the Groupama Stadium in Budapest last night.

He was talking about how he wants to build a new core at Ibrox, full of proper leaders with real character.

At Bayern, it wasn't a problem. But it has been at the Gers for a number of years now - and that’s what Rohl will look to address, at least partly, in the January transfer window.
