Crash case dismissed over texts

AN “adrenaline junkie” brain surgeon who sued McLaren for £14million after a snowmobile crash has had his case thrown out after he seemingly took responsibility in post-accident texts.
Andrew Cannestra, 54, struck a tree as the skidoo he was riding in Lapland veered off the track in 2020, causing a brain haemorrhage.
