Corporal stole £150k of Army kit to sell

A BRITISH soldier stole almost £150,000 of military kit and tried to sell much of it on eBay, a court heard.

Corporal Tarj Sevier plundered supplies for items such as night goggles, helmets, armour and bulletproof plates.

Prosecutor David Tremain told Salisbury Crown Court that 19 items were “attractive to criminal and terrorist organisations”.
