Charity work honour for former Miss Scotland

A FORMER Miss Scotland has told how Princess Anne said her charity work was "inspiring" as she picked up a gong at Windsor Castle.
Nicola Wood was honoured alongside her husband Garreth for their work with Kids Operating Room (OR).
The couple founded the charity in 2018 after being inspired by their own experience of having children who needed medical intervention. They have since opened more than 100 operating rooms in over 30 countries.
