Car-mad teen turns £100 into £4m in 6 years

CAR fan Alex Drape runs a £4million dealership, only six years after buying his first vehicle for £100 at just 17.

Alex, now 23, cleaned up the Ford Fiesta, sold it for £400 then began selling more and more bargain motors that he had found online.

At first he stored them on his family's drive and with his neighbours before he rented a trading lot with space for seven vehicles a year later.

His dad Martin, 56, became a partner in the firm, Clovelly Cars, which has space for 70 cars. It turned over £4million last year and has five staff.
