This year's honorees included:
- Heart of the City Award (accepted virtually): Sheryl Lee Ralph, award-winning actress, singer, and advocate
- Trailblazer Award: Pennsylvania Speaker of the House Joanna E. McClinton
- Community Change Award: Rickey Duncan, Sr., President and CEO of the NOMO Foundation
