Under the leadership of Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the state government is committed to providing maximum employment opportunities to the youth of Punjab so they do not feel the need to go abroad, but instead stay here and establish their own businesses.
These sentiments were expressed by Cabinet Minister for Employment Generation and Training, Mr. Aman Arora, while awarding prizes to the winners of the “Future Tycoon” Grand Finale organized by Deputy Commissioner Ms. Sakshi Sawhney at Guru Nanak Dev University today.He stated that the Mann Government is providing skill-based education to students with the core aim of making them not job seekers but job providers. He further shared that this program offers practical training, expert guidance, and exposure to real-world business challenges. It transforms the ideas of children into actions, polishing their talents so they can become successful entrepreneurs.Mr. Arora appreciated Deputy Commissioner Ms. Sakshi Sawhney, highlighting that she had also previously initiated similar events in Patiala and Ludhiana. He noted that her efforts have opened a new path for a large number of students, enabling them to implement their ideas in real-life situations.
