Mzansi Athletics Club (Mzansi AC) officially welcomed new members during its recent Aretsebaneng session at the SANDF lapa.
The event introduced newcomers to the club's culture and constitution while creating an opportunity to connect with existing members.
Around 150 people attended, the majority of them new recruits.
Coach Lufuno Mudau shared some training advice and outlined the club's 'Couch to Comrades' programme, designed to help runners progress from beginner level to completing the Comrades Marathon.
