Have you been kind today? It’s a simple question, but one that carries weight.

In a world that moves fast and demands more from us each day, kindness often becomes an afterthought, something we assume we'll get to when life feels a little less overwhelming.

But the truth is, kindness doesn’t require time, money, or perfect circumstances. It asks only for intention.

One only needs to scroll social media, listen to the radio or switch on the television to see how unkind we humans have become toward one another.
