Vehicle blazes probed by cops

Police are appealing for information following two vehicle fires in Renfrewshire within days.

A white Ford Transit van was found alight in Langcraigs Drive, Paisley, around 4.45am on Friday, just days after a Honda CRV was found ablaze on Movern Avenue.

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service quickly extinguished both fires.

But detectives are asking all those who may have been in either area at the time of the fires to come forward.
