Tourism businesses to sign up for event

Renfrewshire’s tourism businesses are being invited to sign up for an event connecting them with global travel trade.

The VisitScotland Connect 2026 event will take place at Glasgow's Scottish Event Campus (SEC) on April 15 and April 16 - giving businesses the chance to promote themselves to international tour operators, travel advisers and destination management companies.
According to the latest Scottish Growth Sector Statistics, Renfrewshire is home to 440 tourism businesses and 7,000 tourism jobs.
Half of all overseas visitors to Scotland book through tour operators or travel advisers.
