Grow up... think of others before causing trouble

Cops have dealt with a number of incidents - including reports of disorder and theft - at licensed premises in Renfrewshire of late as an elected member warned it will only get worse over the festive period.

A total of 31 incidents were responded to by Police Scotland between Friday, August 29 and Monday, November 10, according to the latest figures.

Ten related to unrest at licensed premises in Paisley town centre after patrons caused a disturbance over being refused entry or thrown out by staff.

Councillor Eddie Devine, who represents Paisley Southeast, cautioned that officers are only likely to get busier on this front in the weeks ahead.
