Young Buddies were on the ball this week as they took part in the popular Fit and Fed programme.
Launched by St Mirren FC Charitable Foundation in 2023, the initiative offers children across Renfrewshire the opportunity to take part in football-related activity sessions where a daily meal is also provided during the school holidays.
