Holy Trinity & St Barnabas’ Church, opposite the sheriff court and across from Gilmour Street railway station in Paisley, is a member of the Scottish Episcopal Church (SEC) and a part of the worldwide Anglican Communion.

Our next service is on Sunday, December 21, at 10am.

There will also be a service of Carols by Candlelight at our sister church, The Church of the Good Shepherd, Hillington, on Sunday at 7pm.

On Christmas Eve, there will be a family service at 4pm at Holy Trinity and St Barnabas’ taking place.

During this short service, the children will build the crib scene while carols are sung. All are welcome to join us for a brief respite from the hustle and bustle of Christmas preparations.

For those not yet comfortable attending church in person, the Scottish Episcopal Church continues to broadcast video coverage of Eucharistic services via its website, social media channels and YouTube channel.

These services will be broadcast at 11am on Sundays and, in advance of the broadcast of each service, the Liturgy - the Order of Service - will be available to download from the SEC website.

On Friday evenings every week of the year at 7pm, the Our Lady of the Wayside team is back (part of the St Vincent de Paul Society) and providing free hot meals, to all who show up, in our church hall. No registration or pre-booking is required.

On Sunday, morning worship will be at 11am and conducted by Rev Gordon Armstrong. This will also be our ever-popular Nativity service.

Our stamp collection will end this Sunday and will officially close in February after 56 years. Remaining

proceeds will go to the Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza which is run by the Diocese of Jerusalem.

Donations of food or money for the Renfrewshire Foodbank are welcome.
