DEVELOPER CLARIFIES STALLED PLAN
A PROPERTY developer has revealed why a block of apartments has been frozen in time.
Bridgford Point was meant to be a landmark development with 48 apartments in the shadow of Nottingham Forest's City Ground. But the shell of the West Bridgford building has now been empty for around three years.
The Scarrington Road block, a familiar sight for people crossing Lady Bay Bridge, has been boarded up, and the crane towering over is long dormant.
The company behind the project - which has not visibly changed since 2022 - has now clarified its plans.
