Nothing being done about 'dangerous' trailer, say locals

FRUSTRATED neighbours have repeatedly complained about a dilapidated food trailer partially blocking their street.

The abandoned trailer has been on Tithby Drive for months despite residents contacting the owners.

Neighbours have reportedly complained to Nottingham City Council after vehicles forced to drive around the abandoned trailer had damaged the pavement.

On the short and narrow street, two food trucks - one apparently in use and the other “abandoned” - are on the corner of a junction to get into the Sherwood estate, leaving little room for motorists to get by.

Despite the persistent complaints, the trailer - which is currently being held up by a microwave oven - has remained.

Eric Giles, 74, said: “It fell over some time ago, but they put it back up.
