FORMER Top Gear presenter James May appears to have a had a sleepless night during a hotel stay in Nottingham city centre.

Posting on X yesterday, he said: "Stayed in the centre of Nottingham last night. Absolute racket all night long - screaming, shouting, raucous laughter, loud music, sounds of destruction, revving cars, ****heads singing. Went on until 5am. Tremendous effort everyone."
