Driver jailed after refusing roadside drink and drug test

A DRIVER has been jailed after refusing to take a roadside breath and drug test when he crashed his car next to a police vehicle.

Officers were attending an unrelated incident on Southey Street, Radford, on Sunday evening when Joao Braga, 30, tried to squeeze past an illuminated police car that was blocking the road and collided with a parked vehicle.
