APPLICATION TO APPEAL IS REFUSED BY COURT
A TEENAGER who murdered a man by throwing a brick has learnt his fate after attempting to challenge his conviction.
Kai Howitt and a 13-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, murdered 24-year-old Jack Edwards in 2023 by pelting him with bricks at Sussex Street skatepark in Nottingham city centre.
