Approaching 30 years of catching them all, Game Freak and Nintendo have had some fair criticisms of resting on their laurels but Legends: Z-A looks to finally shake things up a little.

After the expansive but flawed open world of Scarlet & Violet, Legends: Z-A has down sized its ambitions, centring on the Parismimicking city of Lumiose.

As a new arrival in the future-focused city, you're able to explore it fairly freely, while getting involved in the mysteries surrounding its renovations and battling through the Z-A Pokémon tournament.
