INTERNATIONAL THEME NIGHTS ARE AS POPULAR AS HER BREAKFASTS
BUSINESS is blooming for qualified florist Kelly Cotterill, who took the plunge to open a cafe just over a year ago.
KC's Cafe in Gedling is proving a popular spot, not just for breakfasts, cobs and cakes, but fortnightly jaunts around the world.
Every other Saturday night the neighbourhood cafe hosts special evenings with flavours from across the globe.
Food lovers have tucked into chicken souvlaki from Greece, Caribbean delights of jerk chicken and mutton curry, and Italian arancini and lasagne. This weekend it's Spanish tapas on the menu.
Cafe owner Kelly said: "I quite enjoy doing something different from breakfast. I really enjoy the evenings, they're always a sellout. They're a good laugh and we have a really loyal customer base who regularly attend them so we get to know all our customers really, really well here, which is lovely."
