Another five teenagers arrested over city machete incident

FIVE more teenagers have been arrested following a confrontation involving groups wielding machetes that happened in full view of families enjoying Nottingham's Winter Wonderland.
A suspect being arrested
The incident happened on Sunday evening outside the Council House in Old Market Square, near the entrance to the city's Christmas market.
Seven suspects, the youngest being 14 years old, have so far been arrested on suspicion of various offences in relation to the incident.
Five of those were arrested on Thursday night with the details as follows:
18-year-old man arrested on suspicion of violent disorder
17-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, possession of a bladed article in a public place and possession of an offensive weapon
15-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of violent disorder
