Three jailed for kidnapping and violent assault

THREE men have been jailed for carrying out a kidnap and violent assault.

Connor Stevens, 24, Ryan Hawke, 33, and Kai Abbott, 26, have been locked up for a combined total of more than 11 years at Exeter Crown Court.

Stevens of Stanhope Close, Holsworthy, was convicted of GBH with intent, robbery and possession of an offensive weapon. He was sentenced to six-and-a-half years.

Hawke, of Castle Douglas, Scotland, was convicted of kidnap and received three-and-a-half years. Abbott, of Morwenna Park Road, Bideford, was convicted of affray and sentenced to 15 months.
