It will see half of the car park closed as the site is set up and marks the next significant step in transforming the derelict riverside site with a £35million mixed use development featuring homes, shops, a restaurant, public open space and a new riverside walk.
Red Earth director, Simon Friend, said: "We are delighted to move into the enabling works of this long awaited regeneration of Brunswick Wharf. This work will bring us another step closer to restoring the area for the community."
