Adani Enterprises profit jumps 7.5x

Adani Enterprises Ltd., the flagship company of billionaire Gautam Adani's group, on Thursday, reported a 7.5 times jump in its fourth quarter net profit on the back of a one-time gain from a stake sale in Adani Wilmar Ltd. and strong growth in solar manufacturing and airports.

The net profit was ₹3,845 crore in the January-March quarter as compared to ₹450.58 crore in the same period a year back. The Adani Wilmar stake sale made ₹3,286
