Co to team up with 10 companies with majority or minority investments over 3 years: CEO
Eyewear unicorn Lenskart intends to double its international revenue and make several acquisitions, a top company executive said, after ending FY23 with a cash flow positive company, status and net profit.
The Gurugram-based backed by PremjiInvest, KKR, Temasek, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and others, is planning to make smaller acquisitions through its Singapore-based subsidiary Neso Brands.
The omni-channel company is planning to team up with 10 companies with majority or minority investments over the next three years, co-founder and chief executive Peyush Bansal said in an interview.
"We have the distribution network that can help them grow. We will deploy funds depending on the size of the company and staff strength; all bets will be sub-$15 million (₹120 crore)," Bansal told VCCircle.
