Airlines flay draft crew rest norms

IndiGo, Air India, and SpiceJet have described India’s proposed cabin crew rest norms as “more restrictive” than global standards.

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) had released a draft of Civil Aviation Requirements on Cabin Crew Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) in October 2025.
