THE NEW YEAR USHERS IN RUMBLINGS OF WAR

Have you seen the pictures of Venezuelan president Nicholas Maduro held by American special forces?
Isn't it reminiscent of similarly tragic images of December 2003?That time, Iraq president Saddam Hussain was seen in a similar situation, looking shocked and dejected. Maduro is an elected president of a sovereign nation. Are international laws and the United Nations subservient to the whims of the US presidents? Saddam was hanged but the then US president George Bush junior couldn't prove a single charge against him. Will Maduro be the next victim of US's falsehood?
Donald Trump's act raises grave concerns and makes Venezuela’s invasion scary.
Like Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to arrest President Volodmyr Zelensky. His wish has not been fulfilled but his forces have already annexed a large part of Ukraine.
Recently, Russian officials released a video claiming 91 Ukrainian drones were fired at Putin's residence to kill him. Kiev denounced the claims, but Moscow is determined to take ‘revenge’. In the coming days, we could see a repeat of Venezuelan Caracas’s drama in Kiev.
The US president attacked Venezuela saying its president was sheltering drug lords. He conveniently forgets his close friend Pakistan not only provides safe havens to terrorists such as Masood Azhar and Osama Bin Laden, but also has the capacity to create such terrorists.
